  • Very good info there except her breathing sounds very load, why so forced and load?

  • @louie101pilates At Pendleton, we often employ an audible breath. This helps constrict the abdominal wall for more intense ab work and helps set a nice tempo in a group environment.

  • Excellent video. It would have helped to crop a little closer, remove the basket in the background and zoom closer on Stacy's face when she is talking directly to the camera.
