Attract mode intro and demo.
The King of Fighters 95 produced by SNK for Neo Geo arcade game system in year 1995. Invitations were once again sent out, and old faces returned, along with some new ones a familiar one in particular who stayed at the sidelines, watching and waiting for his time when he would return. Once again, it was Rugal, more evil and powerful than ever. But, like '94, he was defeated and overwhelmed by his new found power. The graphics are pretty good although there is some blockiness and pixelation in the characters, this is very little and rather minor. The backgrounds are really good with lots of details and animation, including rainstorms, trees getting struck by lightning and split in half, and an industrial stage where things get a little bit smokey. The music is a mixed bag, with most stages having generic-sounding tunes that don't do very much for the game. Some stages have really good music though, so it's hard to give the soundtrack a score. With more average tunes than exceptional ones.
Available for Neo-Geo MVS, AES, and CD console.

  • When you could first team-edit your roster & pick any combination of fighters you wanted to.

A quick aside: the visual quality of this vid isn't quite as good as the others you have. Good video, otherwise.

  • @VideoQuestEx Watch in 720p, should be better quality.

  • the music in this game is awesome

  • It certainly is.

  • @ldl0021of course because the psx got only 16 bit sound channel (the same one built in the snes) but the neo-geo got yamaha 24sound channel

  • @narox:

    Of course: problem solved!

  • I noticed the themes sound slightly different on the PSX version. And they sound better to me.
