  • a true athlete / body builder will eat anything and everything they get their hands on. seriously... in order to carb load, protein build etc you need to just eat everything, go to the gym daily and of course practices and games for your given sport drink a shit ton of gatorade. and lastly if you have the resources and the money roid your self up and be the best, thats all kids.

  • pro athlete diet = a shitload of carbs. Just load up on carbs and go work out. They also probably eat more than the average person because of all the calories they burn
