reliableinsider its no theory, many who are pushing with global agreement also want 1 child policy and other things along the lines of eugenics. Including mass murder by starvation

People should remember that being too suspicious of the government is literally no better than being too trusting because neither group is going to vote for the best leaders and against the worst.
People who voted for Ralph Nader elected George Bush.
That's why the American right-wing is so generous in it's financial contributions to left-of-center third-party candidates like Ralph.
And why they "persuaded" Ron Paul not to run in 2008. Get it?

I'd bet you could get a really close match with some cross species engineering of George Bush Sr., Rupaul, the guy who delivers your mail, a teleprompter, Jaleel White, and Joseph Geobbels.
