@RBCBsooners you usually only take 3-5 read steps in high school. And u r suppose to stay on the outside of the receiver because if u stay on the outside, u then jam him into the inside allowing the linebackers to help u make the play!!!

When man to man on a guy, swivel ur hips when changing direction especially if he's going straight down the field for a fly, back peddle until u know u know he not gonna make a break then swivel ur hips to stay with him. NEVER let him get past you. Always stay in front of him.
By the way asante Samuel is the best in the nfl at reading a qb

@chiefreak Un polished receivers do that. The great ones NEVER let you know when the ball is coming. They'll pretend like its not and then snag it at the last minute. That's why its better to be on your man's hip so you can become the receiver and play the ball with your own eyes

im man to man watch his hips all the way .

This guy looks like a cross-country runner.
Nevertheless, it was a good, concise presentation.

When they put their hands up to catch the ball and your not looking back for the ball its usually to late. If your watching the receiver, their eyes widen when the ball is being thrown to them in the air.
