I know this is irrelevant but I loved it when Rooney cut Taylor's hair off. It made he look so grown up with that pixie.

Ok I haven't seen this movie in forever. But if I'm thinking correctly, does she pass out right at the end of the race or am I thinking of something else entirely?

I just saw this movie the other day on TCM, no wonder she had a long lasting movie career, not only was she beautiful, she was a talented child and adult actress and her movies will live on. National Velvet is one of my fave Elizabeth Taylor movies next to A Place In The Sun and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf.
