With all respect and friendly sharing knowledges, I do believe the LPS system had 5 differents level apply to same technics. First, we focus on the Hard way, then the Soft way, the Fierce,the Mind and finally the Calm. None of the level are seeking building muscles arm but only tenderloin system. Our classmates in Va. only practice once a week and are not trully reaching to certain level yet, but they are building the other important thing: the friendship. Please join us tues. night 7:00 pm

Thanks for the reply. I had a chance to meet some disciples of Master Tri not too long ago. My observation concluded that they are doing something else, and not NGLPS neikung. Neikung #1 alone, in 3 weeks, will get the arms rounded and the shoulder becomes full. None od Master Tri's disciples got it, althought they told me they had been doing it for several years. I am also in VA, and willing to meet you if you like. What's is your vietnamese name? May be we ran into each other already.

This video clip above is performing by grand master Ly Hong Thai which is the head of HGVN. HGVN is still practicing the Kung Fu of LaPhuSon.Master Tri teached 3 years in Va before he moved . His classe was also focused on Neikung like most HGVN classes in the world which followed the same system in Ca.They did not interested infighting techinque as the tradition was. When he left, the class remained the same as usual.
Beside that, practicing Kung Fu and fighting is 2 differents categories.

Master Tri has moved to Atlanta. The remained disciples only practice Neikung for health purposes. This group does not practice fighting techniques any more.
