hey craig ive been making boomerangs in my garage for about a week and i make good boomerangs but they break really easily i use 3 ply 1/8 inch birch is there something wrong with that and could you make a video on how to make a boomerang your way i know about airfoils and leading and trailing edge so and do use a rasp when you make yours and also do you use sealer thanks

@IIEnvyGamingII Hello thanks for asking its a good question i use a handgrinder with a five inch grinding wheel 80 grit then i use a belt sander to get the edges strait then a palm sander with 220 gr to smooth it then if you want to make it really smooth a air sander with 400 gr .

I get it fro a hobbie store in my home town its seven ply birch
