This song was recorded at Lynott's home studio sometime in 1985 with John Sykes. It was meant as a tribute to Jimmy Bain's daughter. It was also a possible track for Lynott's third solo album, which was never finished.

  • Hi Samantha!

I meet your father in Gothenbourg Sweden i Oct.-82. He was on tour with Phil during a Phil Lynott solo tour. Jimmy was playing keyboard in this band. I was 15 years and drinking a soft drink around 6pm when Jimmy came up to before the show and asked me if I wanted to meet Phil! He took me backstage and I meet my idol. I will never forget this and I thank Jimmy for giving me this chans. I got Jimmys and Philos authographes wich a still have up to this day.

  • fantastic!

i actually named my firstborn daughter after this song, which i only had heard about, never actually heard, back then!

  • PHIL LYNOTT !!!!! BRAZIL LOVES THIN LIZZY!!!!

  • is there anywhere i can get a better copy of this? im a big lynott and lizzy fan and ive never heard this

  • The size of the dislike bar is bigger than the quality of modern pop music.

  • only one person dislikes this... too bad mate

  • I think it's more like the song "Sunny" which Boney M covered. It's the guitar melody that provides a close resemblance.

  • Does this remind anybody of Joanna by Kool & the Gang? I know Phil was heavily getting into r&b/soul of the day. That vocal line is incredible. RIP

  • As always some great chemistry between Mr. Sykes & Mr. Lynott. It was only a few years later that the rest of the world would hear/see what John was capable of. One can only wonder what material they could have written together along with Scott/Brian for the next Thin Lizzy album
