Can you tune as much power out of the engines as you like? (air filters, exhaust, carbs etc - As long as the two engines cc is 100cc?

What kind of camera and where is it mounted at?

It's a small Samsung Sports Camcorder (can't remember model number) but its no longer produced. It has a small external cam unit mounted right in front of the steering wheel on the column fairing in this vid.
