ps lo siento mucho por los nicaraguenses, san andres es de colombia a pesar de que este mas cerca de nicaragua, si nicaragua se apodera de san andres, se nos va abajo la isla, hasta sus mismos habitantes dicen que son COLOMBIANOS, asi que no insistan,,,

also you can compare watching photos from both places and it wil be alwas "better looking" San Andres.

Santa Martas is beautiful too but i think in terms of crystal waters wins San Andres.

yes ney, Nata's right, san andres is better than santa marta, its water's all clear, from everywhere you see in san andres, if there's one place from colombia that i'd recomend to you, is san andres, there's no other place dude, off course in terms of crystal clear waters beaches...

ppara mi, el mejor hotel en san adnres en donde he estado ha sido el Decameron Aquarium. Precioso, habitaciones sobre el mar, todos los servicios aunque nada de "lujos", rica comida y cerca al centro. Además es diferente a los hoteles "edificio" ya que no es encerrado sino q todo el tiempo puedes ver el mar.

in a way yes! almost all water in san andres is really clear, in santa marta only a few beaches or islands away from the city have clear water but nothing as the white sand and 7 color waters of my beloved island!
