馬來西亞可說是個Fusion之城,今天我們說到的馬拉「娘惹糕」,就是世界最早期的Fusion甜品。娘惹糕主要是以馬拉椰漿和華人的米粉來製作,配合斑蘭葉、藍花及白­糖等不同配料就可製成不同顏色及味道的糕點。當中周中師傅最喜歡的糕點就是藍花米,「這種藍色的糕點賣相已經特別,糕本身味道偏咸,加點咖央,入口又咸又甜,加上有濃郁椰­槳味,味道層次豐富。」但是,到底什麼叫作「娘惹」?聽周中師傅解說啦!
