in Quebec we had for the last 2-3 years more rain and harder rain than we normaly get. usually the kind of rain we get now we normaly have it once every 10-15 years. some river should be low by now and they are still very high. one river where we could'nt canoe on it in summer was just a little lower than spring all summer up to now. and the Richelieu is still very strong. spring may have some suprise again....

We may even split apart even more now. You remember basic 5th grade geography the countries were all interconnected and had one huge land mass and drifted apart.
