Yo man how is the latency with this thing? If I were to program it as a drum pad is it pretty instant? What about if I am not using it wirelessly does that help with the latency?

I was just wondering if there is another software other than Osculator that I can use so that Ableton will recognize my iPad as a MIDI Controller. Im running Ableton on Windows 7, and Osculator doesn't run with Windows. What sofware can I download to connect the 2?

can this only be used wirelessly? what if im in a gig with no wireless hub anywhere in sight! and how many instruments can i assign and control at once with the ipad? besides the pads you had on here

Can't you use this with GarageBand? or will it ONLY work with Ableton Live 8? I used osculator with my Wii guitar hero instruments with garageband.... (but my mac crashed COMPLETELY, so I lost EVERYTHING)

I'm can't believe Jazzmutant Lemur is going out of business because of Ipads.

I'd feel a lot better if someone would tell me someone is making a customisable app that supports usb or ethernet connections. Suppose we need to wait for Ipad 3 or some shit before we can do that because Apple doesn't even have those connections on Ipads yet.

Wifi is not stable enough for gigs.

APC40 w/ Maschine in the meantime.
