I think it's the numerous blue crosses, but this game makes me think that instead of Nazis, you're shooting up military people in a hospital.

@elbryan42 What is the worst port of this game you've played? And out of a score of 100, what will you give this port?

I'd give this game an 8.5 out of 10. The worst port of this game is the XBox version (which is unlockable for beating RTCW) which doesn't allow you to run whatsoever. Not by any sort of autorun, and not by a button.
The GBA version is a close second for the worst since it has no music and it requires you to hold L and R at the same time (your strafe buttons) to run. So while you can't circle strafe while running, at least you CAN run.

I have a Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Gamecube (with Gameboy Player), Wii, Genesis, 32X, X'Eye, Saturn, Dreamcast, 3DO, XBox, XBox360, Playstation, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, Ninetndo DS,Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Advance SP, Atari 2600, Atari Jaguar, and Retro Duo. I think that's all of them.
