@usergently mine too. the material and performances on this album really shaped things to come. Then when Cobham hooked up with George Duke with Scofield on g. and Fernando Saunders on b., this same material on Spectrum really took off, with all that funk and blues. But I really the way Bolin sounds here. He's got some Duane Allman and Hendrix in him and fits right in, with Hammer comping and soloing really, really imaginatively,....really one of my favorite Jan Hammer LP's ever!

I got the album specrum in the 80s and still love it today, a true masterpiece. Listen in the dark at huge volumes, its cool.
