@tlast2O12dude Hook grip you can see him tuck his thumb under his left hand during the set-up.

"Bad Brad" Gillingham has to use the hook grip as he had previously torn both biceps.
Lifters with bicep and/or shoulder injuries tend to use the hook grip more often.
I use the over-under, left hand over and right hand under, grip for my deadlift as I'm right handed.

Konstantin Konstantinovs is in the WPC/WPO, not the IPF.
If he had a one ply IPF Approved Deadlift suit on, I'm sure he could easily beat Andy Bolton anyday.
