@TheEd955 That is from the first movie. Mimiko suffered from Münchhausen-Stellvertreter-Syn­drom, meaning she would hurt her younger sister, so she could care for her and be a devoted sister. And every time she was hurting her sister, she gave her a red candy afterwards, telling her to "get better really soon". All of mimikos victims had a red candy in their mouths.
