Everytime I hear this song, it just grabs my heart. Thanks so much for putting this up. I listened today. I feel like I need to find my friends, get together have a beer, and just listen to Bruce all night like we use too.

First time I hear Bruce perform this classic...It would have fitted perfectly on Darkness or River but he just gave it away to his best buddy Southside Johnny....and what a job Johnny did...possibly the best white singer ever...Johnny could sing the phone book in chinese and I would still be moved to tears....this is utter brilliant.....what is it?...an outtake from the River or what?

Just listen to that sax solo from the big man...incredible song given away by the maestro to Southside Johnny.

One of my most listened to Springsteen tracks, and that's saying a lot. It's amazing to me that this was cut from Darkness, but that's Bruce. He's full of surprises!
