there is a lot more you can do go to run and type regedit and you can improve menu opening and other things just look up a tut.

Stop unwanted programs by using Microsoft Process Explorer. Defragment your PC, stop your Antivirus. Use reginout to remove temporary unwanted files and repair corrupt registry files.
