Cape Cod's unique environment of sandy soils demands the use of non-toxic methods to control unwanted vegetation. Unfortunately, this is not happening.
Instead, the region's waters are being destroyed by nitrogen pollution from septic systems, from fertilizers and other chemicals used by private residents and businesses. The film also talks about the spraying of deadly herbicide chemicals by the electric utility, NStar, under approximately 150 miles of Cape Cod's soils.
Use of chemicals is affecting public health. These dangerous practices must stop!
With facts to back this up... the main ingredient in N-Star's spraying has NEVER been found in our ground water in the entire state of Massachusetts..... EVER! Your fact about how many people die every year, may be true, yes. but break that number down instead of trying to trick people into your arguement educate them. 90% of those cancer deaths I'm willing to bet are tobacco related. AND FOR ANYONE THAT WATCHES THIS VIDEO N-STAR DID NOT, DID NOT, DID NOT POST THAT SIGN!! Don't let them fool you
