The latest progress on the type XVIIb, sprayed the hull, added some things, and finished up the paintjob on the conningtower, still have to make the interior of the conningtower.

  • @xrz100 Thanks Christian, the release mechanism was worth a try, this way i don't need tools to lock the upperpart.

    It took me almost a year only for research on this boat, got enough material to finish the job

  • how do these submarines even work? What is the diving and surfacing mechanism?

  • @1airplane21 They work the same as their big bothers, let some water in (diving), blowing the water out (surfacing), all technical features will be explaned during this build, just be patient.
