70% of disabled people, according to a recent UK government report, say that they experience barriers to social inclusion. In a comic act of reversal, disability artist Aaron Williamson takes to the streets of Liverpool posing as a 'health and safety' officer to erect barriers that everyone can share. At one point, the Barrierman closes Tate Liverpool. There is no sound in this film.
