@deebearr We have no idea. The maker of this intro clip is the Barclays Premier League media corporation or something like that.. We will have no clue as to how they made this one, you'll have to ask them. :)

@mx19idlewilder I have no idea, i think it's a remix of Kasabian - Fire. No one exactly knows what this song name is, but the percussion sounds like that song.

I like how it's the same as last year's but they seamlessly edit in the promoted clubs for this year. What they do next year could be interesting - all of last year's relegated clubs are in the running to be promoted straight back, but they're currently likely to be in different slots, given the newly promoted sides don't look like they're going down right now.
