Angel of Fire - Angel of Fire @ club Sax!, 08/10/2009, Zagreb

Angel of Fire, the music band from Zagreb, Croatia, attracted public attention in 2007, introducing their metal music sound, often softened with the melancholic and gentle keyboard parts, memorable baritone of the singer, and surprisingly excellent drummer Vlad Vučeta, who is now only 9 years old.
At that time, the band recorded a single and a music video for the song „Stoneflower and now the song becomes a part of their first studio album „Lift Your Flames for which release are the band members preparing, looking for the Music Publisher.
The band has already had considerable concerts appearances in the respected clubs Sax and Boogaloo in Zagreb, and at Rock Festivals across the country. They have had noticeable appearances on TV and radio shows such as Croatian National Radiotelevision, commercial Open TV and Varaždin TV as well on the radio stations. They were also presented in Croatian printed media.
Magdalena Loborec, band founder and the guitar player, student at the Zagreb University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, is the composer of the music, but spiritual and often symbolic lyrics are written by Igor Okičić, student at the Zagreb University, Philosophical Studies.
Songs from the album «Lift Your Flames» thematically express various life situations and feelings such as: love, loneliness, turning points in life and struggles which occupy every person in a specific way.
Quality of the songs which is written by the authoring duo of Igor and Magdalena is undoubtedly proved. Namely, some of them were introducing at the 25th Musical Biennale Zagreb, international festival of modern music on April 23rd 2009.
All the band members participate in arrangements, besides the above stated, bass player Vanja Pandžić, student at the Zagreb University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, and keyboard player Emil Zuccon who is a high school student.
Album was recorded and mixed by Adam Žvigač and Enio Vučeta at Studio „Tajni svijet. Damir Lipošek-Kex and Enio Vučeta, recognized Croatian musicians and guitar players, take a part as a guest stars in one amazing solo guitar performance.
Connected to the publishing of the Album, the band members are already planning concerts in Croatia but have ambitions to show their potentials abroad.
