@Psyche1954 it was not first sung for jodha akbar nor arr has given music to it....any bollywood writer has written it....it is a bhajan...they took it to their use in film as she plays a devotee of lord krishna.oly it came into light coz of th movie ppl think it was written for the movie

@Jaseeka1986 Meera was a princess who devoted her life to the SUPREME LORD SHRI KRISHNA. Note Krishna was not a prophet( a Rishi) , Krishna was a complete(PURNA in sanskrit) avatar of the formless,nameless SUPREME LORD.

When the barbarian moghul emperor wanted to touch her body he realised that her body was immaterial and to his amazement the moghul saw that his penis became dead.

Followers of manmade religions cannot realise what Meera realised because they are false.
