I prefer 4" and 7" lockouts. They're more effecive. Just like Pat Casey did. But this shit is sick. Way too much stress on your elbows and shoulders. It's pretty easy to develop tendonitis under shitload like this. With bigger range of motion definitely one of the best assistance excercise out there for big ass bench.
A lot of people bench and then half way up they can't press any longer. This is what this is for, to help your lockout strength. The strength you have at the bottom of the lift doesn't always have to do with your lockout strength.
does this increase your overall strength on regular bench press or just that final portion of the movement? if that makes sense, its the very first part getting the bar away from the chest that I want to focus on somehow?

Definitely not the best music, but I'll let it slide seeing how he's a beast.
