Bel Canto Trio - CONCERTI 1947-1948

The Bel Canto Trio performed 86 concerts throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico between July 1947 and May 1948.
The Bel Canto Trio was created by Columbia Artists Management in 1947. Consisting of tenor Mario Lanza, soprano Frances Yeend and bass-baritone George London.
I included original italian lyrics and english translation (from J. Carreras site)
Mario was 26 years old when this live concerts tour took place.

One of the most underrated tenors in recent history. Pity he isn't acknowleged more in the US. His CDs are frequently in the Classic FM charts.
