@xebob A great steak is differentiated from an okay steak by its lack of need for sauce.

You really need some cooked onions, tomatoes and some rolls to go with that steak and maybe some string beans for a side. I didn't see any ketchup or steak sauce utilized either. A steak just all by itself? I will pass on that.
