U.S. Cellular® is Calling All Communites: vote for your school and help it be one of ten to win $100,000.
We believe educating our kids has never been more of a priority. That's why we're out to support the cause by giving schools money to use towards whatever they they feel is important. Big, small, public, private, primary, middle and high schools - they're all eligible. What you can do is simple. Come into any U.S. Cellular store from 11/13/09 through 1/15/10 and get a code to use online to vote for your school. The ten schools with the most votes will receive $100,000 each. That's a total of $1,000,000 in support of education.
One of last year's winners, the Brogden Primary School in Dudley, North Carolina, built a much-needed playground with their $100,000, delighting students, parents and teachers.
