Heart of Wales Line with 66168 on Compass Tours railtour.

Any train on the Heart of Wales Line is good - the scenery is stunning - but a loco-hauled passenger is special! This one is run by Compass Tours and is seen near Llandovery and then arriving at and departing from Llandeilo. As an opener, standard fare 153 unit is seen belting by. The re-run of the departure from Llandeilo was not deliberate, but call it a second lovely bite! John Huntley used to do that with his Railfilm Shows - so it can't be bad!

Nice video - thanks! I enjoyed the 'scenery pans and pauses (shades of Bob Masterman). It helps the viewer appreciate the beautiful scenery. I also very much enjoyed the last short where peace descends again on the station after the train has left. The only thing missing was a cat curled up asleep on a bench seat. Well done and I look forward to more!
