@TeddyCupCake The MV or plot is that IU's husband (Thunder) died, so she went to the "Underworld" to look for him. That's why in the beginning there are these pillars that she walks through, those are the gates to the underworld. When she arrives there, she walks around for a bit until she meets with the queen of the underworld. The queen granted IU's wish to see Thunder one last time, so when she sees him, he gives her a picture which basically tells her to move on and forget about him
