I know someone already corrected you on this, but he didn't "cheat" in the technical sense. If he were playing the game to beat it, this would be considered cheating. However, tool-assisted superplays (or speedruns) are video games that are played far beyond the limits of human reflexes through the use of emulation tools such as save states, slowdowns, luck manipulation and the like. These are, in essence, what a "perfect game" would be if a person had the ablities. :)
TAS means Tool Assisted Speedrun.

@kirby8890 TAS is a Tool assisted speedrun, he slowed down time and also used glitches in order to speed up his attacks
