There are lots of decent black people, but the reason black people are so loud is because of bad parenting. Parents themselves are loud so the kids don't know any better. Of course at a certain age they should know better and its on them if they are rude. Also there is a big connection with social class--which is related to parents/upbringing/manners, but also has to do with education and income level. No one should be rude and loud at a movie theatre etc--black, white, asian, hispanic, its rude
