  • lakers > jazz + bulls

  • @JordanFlyinJets Why did the Jazz go 6-1 vs the Lakers from 97-98 in 2 playoff series?

  • never saw da BULLS get blownout & lose a game like that

would been a good NBA Finals in '98

  • the Bulls blew the Lakers out without Shaq earlier that year so it was even.

  • Not to mention, the bulls were on a LONG road trip & had just played the previous night I think at Golden State..

Keep in mind, they were the OLDEST team in the league at that time. Maybe that played a part..who knows..

  • Only Laker fans throw out the obvious when it comes to basketball.

  • DAMN I CAN'T BELIEVE IT MJ AND SCOTTIE LOSS TO SHAQ AND KOBE BY 25 POINTS HOLY SHIT I NEVER THOUGH THAT PHIL AND JORDAN LOSS BY A HUGE MARGIN

PHIL JACKSON: I THINK I'LL TRANSFER TO THE LAKERS IN 2000 WHEN JORDAN AND PIPPEN RETIRED THEN I'LL GUIDE SHAQ AND KOBE THEIR DUO HAVE POTENTIALS AND TO GUIDE THEM TO 5 NBA TITLES. (THAT WAS IN PHIL'S MIND BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT THE 1998 SEASON IS THE LAST DANCE OF HIM AND THE CHICAGO BULLS ORGANIZATION)

  • MJ fans would suck his dick if they could.

  • @RohoicRamz94 Um the Lakers choked the first game away... Lakers were up big in the 2nd and 3rd quarters....

  • @cbaldwinjr MJ is a GOD and i put any of the championship Bulls teams against any team in NBA history. You have to cut out Michael's heart to beat him.....

  • Trying to make a comparison to the '98 Bulls and Lakers is like comparing the '01 Lakers to the '89 Bulls. It's not a fair fight. MJ was great, but his help wasn't going to be enough to beat a title-tested team. I find it so ironic that MJ left before someone could dethrone the Bulls (IT WOULD have happened in '94 or '95) and people make excuses for the '95 Bulls. Orlando was BETTER that year. Losing gave MJ motivation. But he's not a freakin' God. And those Bulls teams weren't infallible.

  • This is just one game. Bulls would have destroyed them in a playoff series just as Utah did back in 98. This Laker team had great talent but no experience together and no championship head coaching staff.

  • @NBaBall3r26 The Bulls would have destroyed the Lakers in the finals just like Utah did back in 98. This Laker team had the talent but no experience and a non championship head coaching staff. A veteran Utah team took advantage of them so the Bulls would have done the same.
