Another question for ya....can you just leave everything the same as far as shims are concerned as it came out? and if you notice denting or damage then just add another shim to get it in the .80 to .100 range?

if you notice dents, then push the helix down a bit with an additional shim at least a bit more than the width of the dent you see in the roller. CVTech-aab.calm out of quebec still makes the rollers for this clutch. S417-126-601 Goodwin rollers

No, you will not hear the dent happening.

You can take felt pen and mark up the helix angle and then install/assemble the clutch, rotate the clutch letting the roller come away from the helix, then back again...take the secondary apart and find out where the roller touched.

when you dont have enough shims when you stop will you hear the clutch pop as the roller is getting dented?
