Yes it is. Google Quantum Silver DBS and find out for yourself. What are you having trouble understanding? Casino Royale is a color, named after the Casino Royale movie. Quantum Silver is a color named after Quantum of Solace.

I'm fairly sure because that is what one of the salesmen at my local Aston Martin dealership called it. Then again, I could be wrong :-)
