  • it's just lots of talk no explanation.....

  • No no no. If it was equal to -1 it would be convergent. That series is divergent DI VER GENT

  • @ohsosso its called minute physics. now obviously he goes over 1min but for the most part his vids are 2-3 min. quantum physics (or mechanics, its the same thing) is a field that even the smartest people in the world just barley understand. its a field that requires years of schooling to fully grasp and comprehend the simplest of concepts. you want an explanation? major in physics, ur not gona get much better than this outside of that

  • Math does not seem to bee your strong side. This is clearly a divergent series whithout a limit, you can test it with the ratio test, and math will prove you wrong, had the series been sum(2^-x), then you could find a limit,

  • This guy...try to make fun out of math :)

  • Oh for fuck's sake, this is ridiculous. This video is a load of bullshit. "Infinity really means -1"? Infinites sums aren't commutative, you dumbass.

  • @harryh111111 Yeah, it works everytime. You should try it. Start now. Tell me the things I say are bullshit. You'll see it's really super fun.

  • @masonnf1 Nice! You call anything you don't understand "Bullshit"! Why didn't I think of that? And it works for anything, this is amazing!!!

  • @InfraStricture That's because you confused him by talking shit at his face.

  • Infinity = -1

Your maths seems okay but then again I'm not a mathematician. Please, are you right? Who do I believe!? Are the other sources (mathematical proofs etc) that use this 2^n = -1?

It's confusing the shit out of me.

  • @InfraStricture

It's a fun way to screw with the laws of math and trick people that aren't so good at math, but it really is just that: a trick. As MWSJoey said, zero is never achieved but rather approximated. As a proof, you could divide any real number by zero, say five. We'd claim that 5/0 = infinity, but in order for that to be true, infinity times zero would have to equal five.
