Coercion, manipulation and police action against citizens for speaking does not fall under freedom of speech. It falls under tyranny, fear mongering and conscription. The first amendment was drawn together because of the consequences the crown forced upon the people for speaking out against the crown, for dissent. The first amendment was written with the understanding that a free man should be free to speak his mind without consequence even in dissent.

@1stammendment The whole permit to protest law was created so that people could protest in an orderly, safe manner, not to infringe on your first amendment. Oh, and god hates you. Just thought you should know.

Officer Rick Crown entered our home threw me to the floor twice both times w/my back to him While stepping back to let my husband speak to him for our son was 70 miles away. Cops should have cameras on them all the time while on duty that can't be shut off by anyone then they would straighten up their act or suffer.

So, you feel that you have the right to speak against people that currently have permission to be there? They went the legal way and got permits. So, by your own logic, I could come to your church during a service and speak against your God, and you wouldn't ask me to leave or have me arrested?
