I fish for many reasons but mainly because it is the best therapy for me. To me it is almost like a sort of meditation. When out there, the only thing I think of is how am i gonna connect with a fish . . . nothing else. And when I do connect, it's a sort of nirvana.

I fish because i enjoy the outdoors, and to get some fresh air

I'm 13. I hunt and fish and love the outdoors. I rather go fishing during the summer than stay inside and play video games. My grandparents fished alot and most of the things they caught they ate. They took my mom when she was young and they took me when I was young. I love the excitment of fighting the fish from underneath the brush or from deep in the lake. My cousin is big into fishing and I wanted to be just like him when I was younger so I followed after him. I had a baitcaster when I was 6

I love the outdoors of South Jersey. It breaks up the mundane, boring life that accompanies the work week and everything that goes with it.

wow...I watching this while I just came back from fishing. cought my biggest fish today off a bed... a 6.5 pounder every one from northern illinois knows what it means. Thats why I fish.
