Re: UCLA Racist Rant

In light of the death threats and other inexcusable negativity now being directed toward the subject of the original video, we would like to emphasize our point regarding the pointlessness of retributive hateful speech. The obvious disregard for emotion and humanity exhibited by the student is seen in infinitely more detrimental amounts in vengeful acts like these, and they are helpful to no one.

She was rude and thoughtless. While this was offensive, self-centered, and completely wrong, there have been worse acts out of hate. Consider that an utter disregard for this student's safety moves the situation in that direction.
