You can just as well be proud to be you or have the friends you have or be proud to live on your street or in your town or somewhere in the hills that are scotland... why on earth would you need some 'england's' approval on that 'yes, you're scottish' (or irish of whatever), and your borders as accepted by us are here and there...?
