It also works with two 47k ohm resistors on the data lines and i think it works better with the 47k ohms resistors

I got the same setup without the led. The only thing I added was a 100k resistor between the data pins and it works fine. Is this ok?

I thaught you had to have the resistors on the positive side?

I have 100k 1/2 watts. I tried that first it's brown black yellow. Then I tried 100k 1/4 watts and that didnt work ether (they were also brown black yellow.

@sapex72 no a 9v has 9 volts so it would burn out resistors or your divice

Hey I tried to make it but I didn't work. The light pops on but when I put my iPod in nothing happen. I tried my DS and that worked. I did every thing u said in the video.

@kphan000 Hey, sorry about your problem. My suggestion is to check that you have the right resistor values. iPods only work with 100k resistors, it's how they are built

Is it important to use 100 Ohm resistors or can you also just connect the positive with the usb pins?
