Wow. Thanks for being brutally honest ...
but you are right.
Camera is a POS as far as sound goes ... ALC (Automatic Leveling Control) tries to "block out the noise". You'll notice that voice is OK when engine is not running. As for the video ... I should have left it on a tripod. Watching these even gives ME motion sickness. I'll re-shoot this with a camcorder (and a tripod) ... especially for you.
