Walt Disney's Online store shipped Pixar's Ultimate Wall-E in one day to me for less than $300 and their status was "BACKORDER". Don't get abused on eBay or anywhere else.
Walt Disney storefronts do not seem to carry it, and finding it at Toy's R US is a tough thing to come by, so buying online before xmas was my only option.
After opening the box I found out that a piece was missing: the tiny bracket that holds the iPod holder to Wall-E's back. Walt Disney Store Customer service won't return my emails requesting support which means I cannot take advantage of the MP3 feature that Wall-E has.
Opening this thing was a nightmarish experience, and for a child it would be even worse. It could actually damage the toy if guidance is not provided.
The trickiest part is the double layered cardboard "floor" on which Wall-E is sitting. He is actually strapped down to the floor but you can't see the ties, the cardboard has to be taken completely apart in order for the ties to be seen.
Took me a good 8 minutes to remove him while recording this.
You will need a STRONG set of scissors or better yet: some cutters. Knifes won't do the job.
Ultimate Wall-E Review coming soon.

@flyingdamingo I believe the plug was in the battery compartment. I returned mine after a few days.
