Easter Celebration @ Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Monastery in Jerusalem - Der SulTan

Der SulTan is one of the Seven Monasteries that we have in Israel. It dates back to the time of Queen of Sheba. This is by far the most important treasure we have in Jerusalem and each one of us has a responsibility to support the Monks there to pass it to the next generation despite the hardship they are facing from many angles.

1. His Grace Abune Absadi (dressed in yellow, resides in Jerusalem)

2. His Grace Abune Mathias, Archbishop of EOTC in Jerusalem

3. His Grace Abune Endrias, Archbishop of North Gonder (the One with the Chirra in His hand)

4. His Grace Abune Diwosqoros, Archbishop of Southerb Tigray (the younger one)
