Reflecting on the first few years of owning a smart fortwo cdi, just before rolling over 200 000 km. Amazing machine.

Probably longer; the Diesel is pretty bad on maintenance. The new gas engine is dead simple.

Hey Man, Im all with ya, My Smart Cdi just clocked 342.000 kms and it still runs like a dream. Dont let take any criticism from anyone because these cars great, they want you to drive it and you still get the quality from mercedes benz

I've just bought a Smart Fortwo CDi, I thought I made a mistake at the first, so I borrowed my bro's car for some days, and he used the Smart, but when I used his car, I started missing the Smart more and more.. :)

I'm driving Smart since 2006. I've did 1200 km per weekend for 12 months and that was great. I love driving around in my smart.

And yes, it's true, the smart makes you smile, everytime you take your key, not only for a few weeks like other cars, for years and years...

I think the Smart is a wonderful car, cool, affordable and fun to drive.

PS. I drive a Supercharged Jaguar, but I still think a SmartCar is way cool..

Just bought a Smart 450 with 61HP. Great car for city driving, even if you're driving a lot of supercars.

Maybe I'll do some tuning on the engine and some upgrades on the stereo and interiour... :)

Hi Mate!! I'm a fellow smart owner. 2006 fortwo cabrio at 219,000 km and just started having clutch problems. Thanks for the info on actuator lubrication ...will try and let you know.
