  • LOL. still gives a different view to getting your muschles ready. It also prepares you for when you make a mistake and you get in a stance like thaqt in a game. You will react faster becuase you can feel your irregularity from memory( if your keeping eye on opponent in any sport).

  • i was waiting for the flying kick from out of picture to take him out.
