  • Hey Scott,

    Nice jumping lunges, but your squats...they need a little work. Get that butt down! Love those inch worm pushups. Nice to see someone do mountain climbers at the right speed. You could up the intensity a bit. I do 60 seconds with no rest between exercises. I'll turn 55 next month, so I know the "kids" here can do that, too.

  • Great videos, but unfortunately, even when I was in marathon running shape, I was unable to do squats or lunges due to knee injuries - it makes me cringe just to watch them - I need some major modifications to the exercise program - also have shoulder issues with push-ups/overhead stuff - help
