Do you still own this guitar?

no, I traded it in part for a 1966 Fender Mustang that shows up in later videos.

Well, considering I don't listen to incubus, that blows that one out of the water.
You're going to find a lot of songs sound alike. Take Pachelbel Canon for instance, that's also the same chord sequence to two old Green Day Songs (When I Come Around, Basketcase), The verse of The Cars Just what I Needed and Tonight She Comes. And then there's the 1-3-5 blues progression used to death by 60's rock bands. There's only 12 notes, so the chances of things being done again are quite high.

Just checked it out...actually, there is a bit of something CLOSE to another track in there, but it's not Incubus, it's the suppertime song from "Little Shop of Horrors", that's where the intro/chorus bassline was inspired from.
I found another close match to Pardon Me by Incubus though....the chorus of Message in a Bottle by the Police, it's even closer than my music here, as it's in the same key.(C#m, not Gm).
